The
Club was founded in 1948 and affiliated to the B.C.B.A. and E.B.A. in 1950. The
first county honours came in the county pairs in 1957. In
1962 we achieved our first win in the Bucks Cup Final. The
Clubhouse was burnt down by vandals in 1992. With
great fortitude and much hard work a new clubhouse was built. In
the year 2005, our 57th year, we have a club which is the envy of
most and respected throughout the south of England.
