Steven Elmer won the 8&U
Grade 4 Bucks County Tour tournament at Halton
Tennis Centre. Initially coming second in
the group stages, Steven went on to beat the
winner of the other group to make it to the
final, eventually winning the last match 10 - 8.

Well done to all the
Club players who took part in the matchplay
events over half-term. With thanks
to Mark Fletcher, there was a great turn-out to

Congratulations to our Ladies 1st Team under the
Captaincy of Shaughn Hall who have won their
Division in the Bucks Shield Women's Doubles - 2
pair League. Winning all their matches,
the team now look forward to promotion to
Division 3 next season. Well done! |

Jagvir Heer won the 9&U
Mixed tournament at Bisham Abbey Lawn Tennis
Club in a very closely contested event.
Winning all five of his round robin matches,
Jagvir persevered to
reach the top spot at the National Sports Centre. |

Iver Heath's Orange
Performance Group were treated to a special training
session with one of the LTA's Talent &
Performance Co-ordinator's Steve Worsley.
Steve runs a number of County Talent ID Days
throughout the year and is part of the South
East Team. Steve provided some great
training tips, and with Geoff, put the squad
through some very intense drills. Our
thanks to Steve for taking the time out for us! |

Iver Heath's Aegon 9&U 2011 Team were unbeaten
this year dropping just 6 sets in 50. Jagvir
Heer, Kimi Khehra, Aryan Agarwal, Lilly
Majewski and Chanula Wickramaratna have all
done the Club proud, beating five other County Club
teams to top Division 2,

Andrew Robson, Steven Elmer, Ishan Baddipudi, Matthew Shatloff

Group mean business as they show off their
skills and get down to some hard work. The
practice wall, ladders and LTA approved 8&U
dedicated court all allow the group to utilise some
great facilities and improve their game. |

Jack Petchey Junior Open Grade 3 event in
Middlesex. Kiran is one of our most
promising players and has achieved some
impressive results over the years. |

Ladies Pink Volvo Cup Day -
The pink ladies of
IHLTC enjoyed a great day of fun tennis in
fantastic sunshine, raising over £30 for cancer
charities. The winner of the pretty trophy was
Emma Cottrell (even whilst wearing those cheeky
bunny girl ears).
The best
dressed pink lady was Denise Ball, sporting a
rather fetching pink ballet tutu with stunning
pink highlights.
